• Prices are based upon 4 lessons / month (2 Hours Weekly).

• Prices will be pro-rated on months with 5 weeks. 

​

• Fees will be are to be collected at the beginning of each month, prior to the commencement of classes.

​

• Public Holidays: Lessons will not be conducted on public holidays. One replacement lesson will be offered to students for each public holiday missed. Replacement lessons missed will not be refunded or replaced.

• Notification of Absence: Students must inform the center of any missed lessons at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. One replacement lesson will be offered for each notified absence. Replacement lessons missed will not be refunded or replaced.

• Class Management: The center reserves the right to combine, transfer, or dissolve classes as necessary, and to replace teachers as needed.

​

• Registration Deposit: Upon registration, a deposit equivalent to one month's fees will be collected.

​

• Withdrawal Notice: Parents are required to submit written or verbal notice of withdrawal at least one month in advance.

​

• School Holidays: Lessons will continue during school holidays. The center will operate as usual during March, June, September, and November-December school holidays.
